Site updates and "metallized" Posted 10/04/08
Yes, we've updated the website. In keeping with our roots, I've given it an old school, 1980's Heavy Metal look (I hope). So love it or hate it (yes Kwip, I know you hate it), throw up your devil horns, check it out and let me know what you think.
There will be a much bigger, more exciting update coming soon with news of more books, more hired guns, and guest pin-ups coming very soon. Thanks, the 'Slingers.

those fantastic fellows over at Comic Geek Speak are throwing their own
comicon and the 'Slingers will be there selling books, doing sketches and
looking sexy as ever. Jason "HappyJack" Meadows will be there both days, but
Shawn "Hippy" Wagner can only attend Saturday. Who will be at the table next
to us? Jaime Fickes and all his
Mumblepuss goodness.
What more do you need? Get your butt to the Super Show and look us up!

We will also be in attendance at the Baltimore Comic-con again this year.
Jason and Shawn will have the N3RDS (Kwip and Dr Sexy) in tow. This is
always a fun con and the people there treat us great. We meet the coolest
comics fans and other creators like us, looking to make a name for
themselves. Maybe John Romita Sr will come over to our table again this year
and we won't be so awestruck as to forget to get a picture or autograph
(yeah, we kicked ourselves after that. Repeatedly.) Plan a road trip, and
stop by our table.

NEW COMICS ON THE WAY! Shawn is working away pencilling issue 1 of Project: REBORN while Andi is tearing through the pencils of issue 2 of Lightning Balls. Jason is digitally inking issue 1 of Lightning Balls with his new Cintiq (or as his wife calls it, "the other woman"). These books should be done by the end of the year and ready for the 2009 convention season. Jason is also finishing up a few scripts he's had in the works and will begin looking for artists to bring them to life. Keep checking back for updates and pictures from our convention appearances. As always, thanks for your continued support, the 'Slingers.
